AM ALPHA KVG is a Munich based privately-owned real estate family office that focuses on global investments in prime real estate on its own account and on behalf of family offices, private clients and endowments in Europe and Asia.  Its Asian operations are headquartered in Singapore, with offices in gateway cities in the Asia Pacific region. AM ALPHA KVG has also received all necessary licenses from German regulator BaFin and will act as a German regulated capital management company Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft (KVG) and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM).

Since incorporation, AM ALPHA KVG (through its related group of companies) has managed or owned office, commercial, multi-family and mixed-development properties across Asia Pacific (including Australia, China, Japan, Singapore and South Korea) and Europe, with total Assets Under Management in excess of EUR 3 billion.  Building on its track record, the company continues to focus on investments in key gateway cities in Asia Pacific and Europe for its investors.
